(1) Shipping costs

Shipping within Germany
Delivery free of charge

International Shipping
€ 3,20 - 6,95 per order

The shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart.

(2) Our internal processing time

Paid orders will usually be dispatched no later than the next working day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail in any case.

(3) Shipping time

We are using Deutsche Post / DHL / DHL Express (on request).
Orders within Germany have a mere transportation time of 2 - 4 working days.
The transit times within / outside of Europe are different. Please allow 3 - 21 working days for transport.
Additional time for customs clearance should be considered. It is in the responsibility of the buyer to ensure all import regulations are met.
Please contact us in case you need specific information for your country in advance.

(4) Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 1 month without giving any reason.
The costs for the return are borne by the buyer.
The exact return conditions can be found in the cancellation policy.
Companies are not granted a voluntary right of withdrawal.
